Because all products are delivered digitally, no shipping fees apply.

If You Don’t Receive Your Digital Items

If your digital items do not arrive within a few minutes:

• Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder

• Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct

We’ll resend your digital items as soon as possible.

Surprisely does not ship physical goods. All products are delivered electronically.
