Surprisely sells digital mystery boxes delivered instantly by email. Because digital items are revealed immediately upon delivery, all sales are generally final.
However, we understand that issues can occur. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be offered.
1. General Policy
All purchases of digital products from Surprisely are non‑refundable, except in specific cases outlined below.
Once digital items have been delivered, they cannot be returned, revoked, or “unseen,” which is why refunds are limited.

If a technical issue on Surprisely’s side prevents your digital items from being delivered or accessed, and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.

If your digital items do not arrive due to spam filtering, inbox rules, or other email‑related issues, we will resend your items at no cost.
This situation is not refundable.
Incorrect or Misspelled Email Address
If you entered an incorrect or misspelled email address at checkout, we will attempt to resend your items if possible.
Refunds may be offered only if we cannot successfully deliver the digital items after reasonable attempts.
Change of Mind
Because Surprisely products are digital and mystery‑based, we cannot offer refunds for:
